SCCS serves the Brightmoor Community of Detroit through its Client Service Pantry, Soup Kitchen, and Outreach Services.
BECAUSE OF YOU
In 2024, St. Christine Christian Services in Detroit made a significant impact on the community, serving a total of 7,593 households and 20,652 individuals through repeat and first-time visits. Among those served were 6,413 children, including 2,028 aged 0–5, 2,627 aged 6–12, and 1,761 aged 13–17. The organization also supported 3,867 seniors, reflecting its ongoing commitment to caring for individuals across all age groups in need.

OUR MISSION
Our mission is to alleviate hunger and promote human dignity by providing nourishing meals and an array of groceries to fulfill the needs of our guests. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone is treated with respect and kindness. With the help of God, our dedicated team of volunteers, and our generous donors, we aim to create a sustainable and compassionate response to hunger.

At St Christine Christian Services Food Bank, our mission is to provide nutritious meals to families in need in our community. We believe that no one should have to go hungry, and we work hard every day to make sure that our neighbors have access to healthy and satisfying food.
